MVSPSP and CPS1+2 help

Whenever i try to make the metal slug games 1-5 (except for 2), i always seem to be missing files when i make the cache or try to run the roms. Also are the Capcom play system emulators worth anything, meaning what games on it are worth playing?

Contains games 1, 2, X, 3, 4, 5, 6.

I have the ISO myself, i just have never been able to get these to work lol
