Hey everyone, I was recommended to this place buy a guy named Equ1ox who said you all might be able to help me out, sorry about this being my first post and all :P

Anyway, I have a psp-1000 with 5.00 m33-6 with some kind of Prometheus patch a buddy of mine did.
I made an attempt to create a pandoras battery so I can install CFW on a friends slim. which went terribly wrong. It still boots in recovery, and I've tried the h3llcat method with 1.65 to flash recovery, but when I attempt, it goes black and doesnt read the memorystick as well as shutting it self off after about 15-30 seconds. I'm sure that the stick is a MMS as I was just using it for homebrew.
Also, I may have had a bad battery, as it has been giving me trouble lately. (shortened battery life)
I'm not completely stupid when it comes to cfw and I know how to use google, so any recommendations or help would be very appreciated.

thanks in advance.

Also, I've tried DC8 with pandora, still not booting. the pandora has plenty of charge, which was the first thing I did when I borrowed it.
