PSP Personalize problems

ok i cant quite get pspersanalize to work it will get 10.bmp-12.bmp but it dont do all the rest... im about to try to do it with a dif memory card (the old 32 meg) and if that dont work if you know what my prob is post here

don't use pspersonalize, flashmod and x-flash much better.

what folder do i put the pics in? or do they come with instructions?

on the root of memory stick and name the pic 07.bmp

x-flash is easier for me though lol.
But screw that custom firmware is my thing lol.
Man when I had 2.6 I had to look off my cousins 1.5 but now that I have 1.0 I still have to look off his lol.

well one of them got rid of the controller icon you know while its loading the game icon... how do i undo this?
