Changing Creation Date

Is there a way to change the creation date of a File without deleting it and recopying to the memory stick. I would like to control what order the games appear in and they seem to be based on what order they are copied in. so how can i change the order without recopying them to the memory stick?

There is a program in the download section that does that for you it's called PSPGo. Check it out.

Here's wat i use its called psp content manager (it changes the order ur homebrew is set up.

yea i think it does but u can get better icons
