Description:
The last time we saw VCS CheatDevice was last year with version 2.3, which was highlighted by the "Construction Mode". Well, PSP homebrew developer Edison Carter is back and has released an upgraded version of CheatDevice, 2.4.
In case you missed previous reports, VCS CheatDevice is as you may have guessed, a cheat application for Vice City Stories. For version 2.4, Edison Carter has made it compatible with OE and M33 custom firmware (the dev indicated testing it on 3.10OE-A and 3.71 M33). The dev also left an important note on the readme file:
After installing, wait at least 15 seconds before turning
off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and
doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets
corrupt, use chkdsk /f X:
Anyway, you know the drill. Check out the readme before anything else - it contains important info like the installation instructions.
