Description: Here's a handy new homebrew application for you guys. Called PTF Converter, this app lets you convert PTF files into RCO files. PTF files store settings for the wallpaper, sounds and icons used by the Sony PlayStation Portable. Right now, the PTF Converter can only convert PTF files to RCO. An RCO to PTF file converter is reportedly in the works, though.<br><br>Since the download below doesn't include a readme file, we're putting the PTF Converter tutorial here. Be warned, though. This tutorial was run through a web translator, so you might want to ask around at out PSP Development Forums. Anyway, the tutorial:<br><br> 1. Downloade and unpack pack. Copy now the file "psp2ptfconv.exe" to any root of a Festplatte.<br> 2. Kopiere now (PTF) the file which you convertieren wills likewise on the root where the "psp2ptfconv.exe" befindet.<br> 3. Gehe now under "start" then "implementing" then give themselves "note PAD" of ein.Es should itself now the Windows Editior open-go now on the upper border under "file" and presses "memory under..."
