Description:
Fancy a bit of oldschool shoot-em-up action with awesome retro wireframe graphics? Then WebFest v1.0, the highly-addictive shooter from PSP homebrew developer jum should be right up your alley. Featuring simple visuals reminiscent of that old Star Wars game in the arcades, this little bit of homebrew heaven hearkens back to a simpler time where gameplay ruled - and the fact that it's on the Sony PlayStation Portable makes it all the more worth the download.
So, how does one play WebFest, you ask? Simple. Left and right moves your ship, X fires your weapon, and Triangle unleashes a charge that destroys all enemies onscreen. Note that you can only use the charge when your charge bar is filled - and to do just that, you have to shoot and shoot and shoot. Simple? Yes indeed.
A little note from the developer: the game itself was compiled for Firmware 1.50 on the Sony PlayStation Portable, so it may not work for the Sony PlayStation Portable Slim & Lite.
