Description:
This port of one of the most popular Flash games on the web, Copter, by Glynnder has managed to turn me into a very bad employee. Voted as one most addictive games on the web, it would explain while it took me a while to let go of the game. I made a lot of lame excuses so I could keep on playing the game. Frankly, as I'm writing this article, I'm still trying to come up with other excuses so I can keep on playing.
Glynnder has moved everything around so that it fits the PSP's 480x272 screen to a tee. He has also optimized the JPEGs and reorganised the entire game, vertically the field of play takes up the entire screen with the "control panel" to the right. He has included a 20fps and a 30fps version for us to choose from.
To-Do:
Further speed increases.
Actually add features, e.g. I might let you have
two hits and on the third you die or something.
Bugs:
Runs fairly slowly, but so do all flash games...
My name gets covered up with the spawn location of the next obstacle.
He sends his thanks to WeKnowVino for their support of this project.
