Description: For all the talk of homebrew and firmwares and giant robots, it's the simple things that can make us go "Yay!" Ultimax's updated background-making app is one of those things.<br><br>Now called the PSP Background Finaliser, this Windows-based application feels like some sort of Photoshop Lite. While the pictures are generally restricted one specific size, you can do most of the same things on the app that you'd normally find in Photoshop. That being said, the lack of scary-looking taskbars and all sorts of windows is a lot less overwhelming for people who've never tried a custom app before, and the urge to go nuts with effects is a lot less.<br><br>The app does come with a manual, which you can access from inside the app itself. If you're not careful though, you might think that accessing the manual freezes the program (which was definitely my bad) because you can't close the Background Finaliser using the X icon on the upper right of the interface. Just press escape to get back into the editing interface, and you can exit from there.<br><br>All in all, a pretty nifty app for people to use for different things. Just remember that you'll still need some homebrew experience with something like Flashmod or X-Flash to replace your wallpapers. Enjoy!<br>
