Description:
With the rise of Wii homebrew applications slowing growing, here's a new one specifically made for Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Entitled bin2jpg, it basically converts all your Brawl screenshots saved to an SD card into a .jpg format. The application isn't without its technicalities though. The program runs on the command line interface of Windows and the developer advises people not to use it if you aren't comfortable using such a non-user friendly interface. To use bin2jpg, make sure you enter the command line interface and access the directory where the program can be found. Then copy the .bin image files from your SD card into the same directory where the homebrew app is. After which, you can run the batch file (bin2jpgall.bat) to convert all the .bin image files in the same directory into their appropriate .jpg versions.GTCoder mentioned that a future version of the homebrew will work on a more user friendly interface for easier use. It was also noted that there's been errors with the algorithm for a small portion of some of the images converted. For more information on how to properly run bin2jpg, you can take a look at the developer's explaination on the SmashBoards forums by clicking on the Via link below.
