You'll still get "to choose a vehicle from the game Liberty City Stories and change various attributes such as it's colour, speed and general handling", with a slight tweak - it's now portable! As the creator puts it, "the difference between the website version and this version is that this version runs directly from your PSP so you can pimp out your cars on-the-go.."
