So what is this brand-new feature, pray tell, that deserves such an update by 0.1 of a version number?<br><br>Why, the all-new Construction Mode. As the animated GIF from him perfectly illustrates, users can now plop down, for example, overpasses to bypass those killer traffic (ideally, the only killer traffic in the game should be you, but that's another thing entirely). Hopefully that looping GIF is only a taste of what users can do to make Vice City a friendlier place for overspeeding and reckless drivers everywhere.<br><br>Like the previous CheatDevices, "After installing, wait at least 15 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later.
