Description: Homebrew developer, Tommydanger, recently updated his homebrew application, IceTea to v1.3. Aside from making Popstation-compatible PSX eboots, it also allows you to create PSP-compatible PSX eboots, extract ISOs from PSX eboots, create manual from png images, and to create manuals from a simple text file. All of these you could do just by using this one program.
