Description:
A while back, the NeoFlash Team released their PSP Motion Kit for use among the community. This interesting little dongle gave the PSP motion sensing capabilities similar to the Wiimote or SIXAXIS controller.
But while this proved to be a promising concept for future homebrew projects, it did have some quirks. For one, you'd have to play without any sound, since the dongle attached to your headphone jack.
If you're looking for a workaround for this said problem, developer Mr305 may have what you're looking for. The coder's announced that he's developed a plugin that should enable your PSP's speakers to function even if you have the Motion Kit attached. Given this is still an early release, Mr305 did further note that the plugin still has some bugs:
* Looks like the XMB's Headphone Detection Event Flag takes over before ours and cuts audio supply from internal speakers, Hence, You must not plugin the Motion kit very early. [look for future revisions of this plugin.]
* Upon restart make sure you donot have it plugged in. [look for future revisions of this plugin.]
There's no changelog included with the file, so we strongly advise would-be users of this plugin to visit Mr305's release thread over at the QJ.NET PSP Development forums.
