Description:
German homebrew developer Fujah has come up with a new build for LuaTileArranger, bumping it up to version 0.4. For those who missed our earlier coverage on this, this program allows users to create custom maps for certain games.
To make this easier to understand, Fujah likened LuaTileArranger to Photoshop which can deal with almost any programming language. Here's the changelog for this release, translated to English using an online language engine:

Like Fujah said, LuaTileArranger now comes with an English Readme.txt file which should provide you with information regarding usage and the other features this program sports.
