Description: Homebrew developer Royale just released a new build for the PSP-Maps application, bumping it up to version 0.5. This progra, is actually a map reader for the Sony handheld that was patterned after Google Maps.<br><br>Despite that similarity, this homebrew release does not use the API from Google Maps. Aside from the obvious simpler user-interface, Royale also mentioned that his program retrieves the images directly. Here are the changes for this specific build:<br><br> * Added Virtual Earth and Yahoo! Maps support (thanks to boomerang for the idea)<br> * Address search menu<br> * Customizable cache size<br> * Added an option to load neighborhood to cache<br> * Switched to TTF font<br> * Fixed a bug with favorites<br> * New buttons mapping<br><br>The download package below for PSP-Maps v0.5 comes with several documentation that should help you get started with this program. Be sure to read those first to maximize the potential of this great application.
