Another Stupid Question

Is there a cheat engine like ocarina but it lets me play Action Replay GCN Codes?
(Remember, i cant find the gc backup loader)
Only one person is Sonic's Ultimate Fan, and that person is ME!!!

I honestly don't know much about the GC functionality of the Wii. There might be something you can do through GCOS, but honestly you'll have to do a fair bit of googling and research.
