Anyone know where I can find 3.2u update?

Wii is currently unaccessible. I still have access to hbc, so might be able to recover if I can get a working update I can load from sd card. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I better explain a little more, maybe someone might know how to work around it.
I have already installed softmii 1.0 and had everything running decently, but not quite right. To fix the few problems i was having, it was suggested that I format system memory to make a clean install. After the format, the wii boots into the preloader with an error system menu not found. I was told it should have booted for set up. Thanks to the preloader, I still have access to the hbc but cant get access to anything else.
The wii was 3.1u, so if I can get a copy of the 3.2u update or at least what games would have the 3.2 or better update, I might be able to affect a recovery.

try using the downgrading method i posted in tutorials u must stay in the same region ,aslo the downgrader lets u choose any version firmware u wish so this should do the trick. lemme know what happens

Cant downgrade like that. No internet access. I only have access to hbc. No system menu at all and no ability to setup internet. Currently, trying to get a copy of an updated system menu to install so I can get enough access to do a downgrade, but nobody has decided to put these files in any accessible place.
