when returning wii under warranty is homebrew cool with thm?

it appears my wii has got that common overheated videocard issue where lots of noise appears staticaly on screen
mostly when the screen is black, like the intro load screen.. white grains everywhere,, annoying.

anyway if i return my wii under warranty to nintendo with the twilight hack and homebrew channel installed, does this void warranty, ? i have no chip or hardware mods done. its a hyprthetical question seeing il probably delete them anyway, but not if i don't have to! thanks brewdudes

and if i delete the homebrew channel is it possible for nintendo to figure out that it was there?

I would delete it anyway. There's a good chance Nintendo might just wipe the system's memory anyway, so it's not like keeping it on there will do you any good.

And if Nintendo really wanted to go in a check, they could find a trace of it being on there.

Just delete it and send it in.
