PS2/PS3 Controller Adapter?

I have searched for one of these but I have only found articles about Nyko and Pelican and some other company making one of these. I've seen pictures and all that but I couldn't find one at best buy.com or eb games or gamestop. I thought I've seen one before though. I did read a topic from some other forum that I found when searching and they posted a link of one at eb games, but they aren't selling them atm. So does anyone know where you can get this? I think Frys Electronics might.
