ps3 cheats

Was wanting to know if it is possible to have a cheat engine in game... or because the ps3 is not fully hacked its not able to happen yet. I like cheating on my game after i beat it my second time. so something like cheat engine or cwcheat would be great. if it is possible, how difficult would it be for a developer to make it and a database for it?

is bumping against the rules on this forums... guess i will find out..

there is a cheat device on the way it will happen in do time just not tom but fairly soon as it is in the works
