HELP PLEASE|where I put the updates to the game|

Excuse me for my English because I am Portuguese.
I download the updates on this site Brew logy. I do not know where I put the updates. Someone help me please.

If you're downloading it via the homebrew manager it will already be in the correct place all you need to do is restart the PS3 and the update will be listed on the XMB to install
