PS3 Phat 3.56 jailbreakable?

Hi guys,
I have just got my hands on a phat ps3 3.56. Is it possible to jailbreak it or downgrade the firmware?

downgrade yes with a flasher soldered in .....or wait for the fabled and mystical JFW DH CFW
