Hey, so I am thinking about a new computer, I don't know if I should buy one or make one the problem is right now the only money I have is $650 what do you think I should do buy? or build? If you say build could you give me some info, on parts etc. Thanks.

Also letting you know a head of time if I were to build I would want intel, nvidia products.

Find a CompUSA and buy one if they have one. Or, Get an Issue of PCMag(Or just look here) and buy one of the PCs in the ads.

ALIEN FTW!!!!!

I say build one. You get more bang for the buck, plus well you built it. I don't know much about intel products though, but I'm guessing you mind as well get that one 2.66Ghz dual core intel proc that everyone is talking about, or at least is popular.

2.3Ghz 64 X2 OC'd to 2.5Ghz
250GB SATA HD
2GB of OCZ 800 ram
Geforfce 8400 GS 512mb
TA770 A2+ Biostar mobo
Area 51 silver logisys case w/ 480w psu
Some fans & other minor stuff like lights

That cost my around $380 shipped. So you should be able to get some nice stuff for $600 ;) Do you care what it looks like at all, or do you like case's with side windows and such? What do you plan on doing with it?

And is it me, or is it weird to get advance on building a computer from a guy that doesn't have one? lol j/k

Okay thanks, also I am some what of a gamer I don't plan on playing Crysis or anything but some newer games like diablo three and the world of warcraft. And maybe some the games. So is that Athlon good enough for that stuff and for upcoming stuff. Also I have never used AMD what is so great about it?

Also I already have three harddrives and an external I don't need a a harddrive.

Also just looking at graphic cards is this one better?

XFX GeForce 8600 GT Video Card - 512MB DDR3, PCI Express, SLI Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, Video Card $99.99
