Satellite Vs Digital Cable

Heres a debatable subject!

Which one do you think is best?

I guess digital cable. Never had either, just regular cable for me. All I ever watch, when I do watch tv, is weather, discovery channel, Burn Notice, and Chuck. O and occasionally heroes.

I don't really watch much television, but I think satellite is better, more channels to watch

Digital because it doesn't go out when there are storms. Lol. Plus its cheaper and with digital you can get a whole package like phone, and internet to.

I like satellite better. Yes, it goes out in storms....sometimes. But (for the kids) i have 2 Nicks and 2 disneys. Miss something at 6?-watch it at 9 without having to record. ect.

I don't know their pretty much the same. I got digital cable now and I have all hbos,starz,and hd channels.
I can get all the nicks if I wanted to, but don't feel like paying extra just so I can watch one
episode of angry beavers, and rockos modern life(plus these only come on between 4 and 6). I get a 100+ music
channels. I can watch any movie ondemand in hd on sd. One thing I do like about satellite is when hockey
season starts they have a 15 day trail on nhl center ice.

Anyway, i would think Satellite would have more MLB channels, NHL channels, and more NBA channels then cable tho.

My cable has two of each of those and other channels and a few of those channels as on demand so you type in what you want to watch/the episode number and you can it right there.

Also my cable has on demand for all movies so I can almost watch anything and it has a whole live, record, fast forward, rewind thing to thats good when say the NHL games are on. Or if I don't feel like watching commercials.

No!!!!! Cable has TONS of NBA, MLB, NFL, and NHL channels.

Usually in the upper 700s(Channel number).

Cable also gets the gay channel.
On my Service its right next to G4

No we have all that jazz.

I love tech TV and I hate G4 they ruined tech TV. Anyways I do watch a few things on it but its funny I have play boy one channel up from it and hustler one channel down from it. And Rox you like it.

I'm sorry, but I gotta admit I would love to have the playboy channel. O well, Maybe some time in the future when I actually watch tv then I will get digital, but until then cable suits my needs :p
