Information is ammunition. The responsibility to use it is and always will be up to the individual.
Self destruction is its own punishment.
Allow people to smoke, drink, sunbathe, etc to death if they want to, that is true freedom. My issue is when these people (for not applying the information given) expect compensation for the results of their actions ie running with scissors and then suing the scissor factory for not telling them it was a bad idea to begin with, that is not freedom it is socialism, these people should become an example for everyone, not a public burden.
Oh and about guns,
The second amendment intended for everyone to be armed if they so desired so that the citizens could band together and fight off oppressors. Read into it as deeply as you like.
If you don't like guns then change the constitution, better yet, move to a different country and allow me my few remaining freedoms as long as I don't restrict yours!
