What kind of discount/promotions do you get for working there?

10 percent off everything. plus whatever pre order stuff. but the best thing is being able to just buy everything people trade in at like 45% of the normal going rate

ours is a little different.
we get 20% employee discount on just about anything, we get to "rent" games when ever we want even new ones as long as we wait a week after release date. and on top of the 20% we can use the edge discount card and add another 10% off plus our 20 if we get used stuff.
and on top of all that, gamestop being joint owned with barnes and noble we are allowed to use our employee discount there as well.

ah were affiliated with hollywood video so free rentals and discounts there too

you do know Hollywood video went bankrupt right?

oh yea but were not feeling it here. there arent many left though its a shame
