Well, I'm a global mod. I guess that kinda solves half of your request. I'm very unsure that the other half will be granted though Who knows though? - we're always keeping an eye out so I'd suggest helping out in the Help and Tutorial section to give you some credit.

Well... I kinda pulled a ninja on the mod position here, but yea, it usually takes time to build confidence in the admins and to help show you understand the rules.
