No need to upgrade PSP to 1.52 with Burnout Legends

Hi dudes, i just got Burn out legends and was horrified that i had to upgrade my 1.50 PSP to play the game. :D Hmmm lucky i found a way round it before i upgraded and lost all my Homebrews. I tried using Fastloader 0.7 then selected the option of Start UMD game, this bypasses the PSP Version check :!:
So happily my PSP is still version 1.50 :D I also tried copying the game onto my memorey card ( This is perfectly legal, as i own th original Game UMD ) and it plays fine without any Version checks!!!

Hopefully this same trick will work on GTA liberty stories huh, and no need to upgrade :P

Hi, u can either use fastloader to start the game off the original UMD game, or you can "dump the inserted UMD" which basically copying the game to your memorey card :!:

Wab Version Changer v2.5

It's the best thing they came up with.
All 1.50 users can change(trick) their PSP firmware to 2.0
and play any game that requires an update along with still using Homebrew and emulators

Stays the same

Yes it stays 1.50
But in your" system settings" it shows
"System Software Version 2.00"

It can play anything I have thrown at it so far

u guys they figured out that if u launch a 1.5 game (requires no update) and eject in the white screen and close a game higher than 1.5 it wont update, u gotta do this b4 u see the mem stick lite flicker.
