Im not new to Brew but how do i compress pics so i can put them under my name and where do all of yall find the pics that go underneath ur posts?

im completely lost. I have the pic i want tho

Just make a signature then upload it to say sixpop.com then go to your profile go to the "signature part" type this in...

ya, you can do this easily with just "Paint" and Imageshack. Just resize the image with paint with the "sketch/skew" option under the "Image" tab. then upload the image with imageshack and use the url made on imageshack to put it in the "signature" option on your profile settings.
