downgrapding custom firmware.

How do I downgrade from my 3.52 m33 to 1.50 FW, without the use of Pandora's battery.

My psp has been running slowly lately for some odd reason. So I thought reupdating to custom firmware may solve the problem. On a further note I also want to updrade the firmware for the multiple new enhancements added.
