custom irshell start-up video?

i dont remember the format, but im wondering if its possible to make a custom startup video similar for irshell. the one i have now is the one with the oranges? i dont think this would be possible with photoshop but maybe?

Probably, technically iR Shell is considered a game to the psp, so a gameboot would pop up when you start iR Shell. Here is the Gameboot/ Cintro Request Forum, there you can make a Gameboot request and probably learn how to use it.
