3.71m33-4 ....bugs?

Ok, when i change my clock speed on the psp with the vsh menu, you cant turn your psp off. and i dont think its an individual problem, i did it on my other psp. I realize you can pull out the battery and restart, but is there a reason for that happening?

also, on a japanese psp with cfw, when you press select, you have to press another button following for the vsh menu to appear, is that just because its a japanese one?

has anyone else noticed these/know why?
