im new to custom firmware how can i install irshell 3.8

iM NEW T0 CUSTOM FIRMWARE AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL IR Shell 3.8 Bug Fix CAN SOME PLEASE HELP ME THANKS :)

So you are already on Custom Firmware and installed iR Shell 3.80?
Now you are trying to install the bug fix, am I correct?

ok, you'll need to install 3.81* since 3.80 had an error and it was updated to iR Shell 3.81. You can download it here.

Once you download it, copy/paste the 'PSP' and 'IRSHELL' folders to the base of your memory stick. (Where the PSP, MUSIC, VIDEO, and PICTURE folders are)

S0O WAIT I PUT THE STUFF ON THOSE FOLDERS OR I PUT THE WHOLE FOLDERS???

You copy/paste the WHOLE 'PSP' and 'IRSHELL' folders over to the base of your memory stick.

okay since i already have a folder that say PSP on the psp when i put the one on the ir shell folder i cant put it in soo i have to delete the one thats already on the psp??

just let the folders copy over, it won't delete anything, it will only add the extra files.

Did you check your psp to see if you have ir shell on your psp?

or are you waiting for me to tell you to go to your memory stick under game on your psp?

it's pretty simple to figure out.

yea i already did that but when i go on it...it say game could not be started

insert a game or game demo into your umd tray then try running irshell.
