3.80m33 installation help

i followed what instructions has been put up by team M33 which was this -

- Copy the UPDATE folder into /PSP/GAME/
- Get the 3.80 sony update from somewhere, and put it in same folder, with name "380.PBP".
- Run it, the update will be done by Sony updater. At the end when you are asked to reboot the
PSP pressing X or O, do it.

i did d/l the official 3.80(psp1000 jap ver.) and renamed it like what it says here.

yet when i tried updating it, it did verify the 3.80 file but fail to install it due to failure to read this file 'verifying u235.prx...cannot open file (0x80010002)'

is there something wrong here?
i'm running on 3.71m33-4

Try using the english version of the 3.80 update and see if it resolves the problem.

you have to put the 380.PBP into the UPDATE folder
