3.80m33 FF7 battle glitches

ok my ff7 game running on 3.80m33-4 goes crazy when i enter a battle.... and i think i need the right pops but i have no clue what i need, and i cant get the popsloader plugin to work...

can someone tell me what to do to get the 3.80m33 popsloader to work? i downloaded version2 of it
