You need a CFW(custom firmware)(firmwares such as M33-X,OE-X,LE,and all those)also what is your psp version I may be able to help you.

Juuuuust double checking here...

Go to System>System Settings>System Information

If it says 3.80 M33 then we're good to go.
If it doesn't say that, then ignore the next part.

If you have nothing on your Memory Stick, then format the memory stick using the PSP. This will give you all the folders you need. If you don't want to reformat your Memory Stick, then just create a new folder in the root of your Memory Stick called "iso"

You can put game iso's and compressed iso's (cso's) in the "iso" folder. Then in your psp you should see them under Game>Memory Stick

So basically what he is trying to say is that you put ISO/CSO games into "ISO" folder and after you have done that exit usb mode, check memory stick and it should work if.If not go into usb mode by holding the turn off switch for 10 secs and turn it back on holding the "R trigger" and you should be in usb mode. When your in,go configuration>drivers mode should be -M33 driver no umd- and exit recovery mode.If it still don't work do the same thing put this time change the drivers mode to original and you should put a UMD DISK in and walabazam!your done
