Best irshell for 3.40 oe-a

I would like to know some good or the best irshell for my psp.

you can try this one and there are some good homebrew you can look for on that site too.

there was an update released as well for the 3.6 irshell you may want to check that out on qj.net as well once you've finished installing 3.6
