Is there a tutorial for using Alcohol 120%?

I am trying to use the virtual drive along with my rom (NeoGeo) to get it to work on my psp but I have no idea what I am doing!
Anyone have a tutorial up (Cant find one) or able to show me how?

Everytime I open the Rom file I get a .cue file in there that alcohol will recognize but it says its invalid format..

I can open up only a few roms that have an ISO in the zip file (puzzle bobble) but I have no idea what to do....
I dont remember doing any of this previously when using the neo geo emu before.. I did have to create folders and unpack the mp3 files into one folder and then place the actual game file in my psp but when I do that now it doesnt work at all...

Actually I figured it out but I can only get Neo Geo CD games to work.
I thought that the Original Roms for neo geo could be converted to work on the psp w/the emu?
Is this correct? If so, how can it be done? The original roms dont have any ISO files in them..
