where do i find/get this new pandora app?

my new problem now is my battery wont charge.. its always zero percent even when i leave it charging over night.. i bought a new battery and my psp's working fine now.. but id still like to fix the old one..

also, when you change the fw of the slim from 3.60 to 3.60 m33, does it say 350.pbp error? is that how its supposed to work? i downloaded the file from the download section also from another site which i dont know if im allowed to post.. but it still gave me the same message when starting to make the m33 firmware -- error 350.pbp -- then would exit..
