i have a a software of 3.52 how do i get homebrew

You'll need to either buy a "Pandora's Battery and Magic Memory Stick", or make your own. There are plenty of tutorials.
Tey are just a modded battery and memory stick that when you insert them into your psp you can load a Custom Firmware (You are on an Official Firmware). On a Custom Firmware, you can customize your psp and play homebrew and play game backups that you made yourself.

You need a homebrew capable PSP for that.
