I think the only way to do Fallout would be to completely rewrite it for the PSP since emulating it would be more work than the games are worth. You would be better off buying a palmtop PC and running Fallout on it if you want a portable version that bad.

Yeah I really didn't think it through too well. I remembered Fallout was turnbased and thought it would be perfect. Then the sad reality set in that it needed an input device to move.

I don't NEED the portable version that but it would have been cool. I might just invest in a palmtop PC for the older RPGs. In the meantime there are a host of great emu's out right now.

Well I may have spoken hastily. I did see a link ( http://www.hacker.co.il/psp/bochs/ ) that emulates windows 95 on a PSP. I do not know how well it works or why 95 instead of 98 but it might be possible after all.
