i'm sorry for being vague, i just got a little excited about iR Shell.
"get it working" - i meant that i was having a tough time installing it, so i assumed others would and just meant to have it install and autobooted.
enabling it in recovery menu ==> plugins
erccccc can't you just transfer isos the old fashioned way with a usb connection and the xmb or just leaving them on the comp
and using iR Shell with usbhost enabled and redirected to the iso folder on your comp launching the game.

Lets say im in my room and i want to switch games via Wifi, or lets say im on vacation or anywhere with wifi. I can already control my entire comp. It would be pretty sweet if I could get new games via my psp while controlling my computer and then get them on my psp.

Filer is like using windows explorer almost.
Like it in the sense that you can see all files on your MS, a UMD, Flash0 & 1, and Ramdisk.
You also can use filer to extract files from a .rar or .zip file.
If you do it correctly you can install homebrew with it.

As for the iso bit you need to explain what you mean.

basically what he's saying is how can you transfer files back and forth from your computer/psp wirelessly? for example lets say i'm using a 512 memory stick which really only holds one game, instead of having to manually hook it up to the computer and switch games everytime you want a new one, is there a way to do this via wifi.

No, unless you use vnc to send in an email to yourself and download from your psp

Or better get online storage.
