UPDATE ON TA & 2.8 DOWNGRADER

I would have posted an article in the news section except for its being weird and keeps opening microsoft outlook and it hasn't done this before when i try to make a news post, but anyway back on topic. They released and updated downgrader, due to the bricks or problems in the downgrading 2.8's or TA's, but furthermore I shall present the article from psp-hacks (by the way please read through this and the readme thoroughly if you consider downgrading or consider doing so). But one of the main features of this downgrader is the fact that it runs a series of safety checks in order for you to be as brick free as possible.
