HOW DO I USE PSAR_DUMPER

I am trying to us PSAR_DUMPER to obtain a uncompressed and decrypted SYSMEM.PRX file for my 3.71M33 w/1.50 Add on, I have PRXdecrypter installed already and all I need is to know where to place the PSAR_DUMPER files, so I can extract the SYSMEM.PRX file, also I have read that a 3.30 or higher SYSMEM.PRX can potentially cause problems, so if anyone knows where I can get a decrypted 2.70 SYSMEM.PRX that would be great to.
