And i love how gaming companies are getting the sh*t sued out of them by small fry companies who have had little to no products out in years, and probably hat the patent sitting on a shelf in a basement gathering dust for years.

Why has everything about gaming become so vultureistic all the sudden? It's almost as bad as the fact that out of all the people that got a ps3 at my local Best Buy, 27 out 28 where planning on selling them, and the other bought it for her boyfriend as a birthday present.

because, thats how things are at a console's launch, usually consoles launch in groups (Sega and Microsoft are just the odd ones out), which gives people a chance to take sides.
