It's really hard to redeem stuff, I suggest scoring the lesser desirable prizes so there is an actual chance you will redeem something.

Yep you can redeem paypal money amounts in different increments.
Right now the ptz thresholds are much lower than normal.

As of now 4500 gets you $1000
3500 = $750
3250 = $450
...
1750 = $200
1000 = $150

but I suspect them to go up for the next month's redemption for something like
3500 = $25, lol.
