help! cant view my e mail

Im trying to view my excite email and I get this:



I dont know what is wrong, I have my time and date set right, but can someone tell me what a third party software is and
how do I fix this?

Just log out and log back in.

First, your sig is waayyy too big.. and what e-mail are you using?? SBC??

Im using excite and I already tried loging out and loging back in, and deleting cookies and all that sh*t.
