problem updating 3.02 OE-a

I want to get my psp updated to 3.03 OE-b, but I only made it to 3.02 OE-a, and now the update to b isn't working.. my psp keeps sayin could not start game? Any Ideas? I tryed adding HEN-D because it worked to get the 3.02 oe-a to start. But that din't work. Any Ideas?

the only update you need from 3.02oe is 3.030e-a thats it
