Need Help with PSP decisions and some questions

Sup,well I've been thinking of upgrading to 3.03.OE-A or 3.03.OE-B but whats the difference between them? I don't get it and 1 more question I got a devhook program that does this now I can finally play GTA : VC

This will emulate 3.01 in devhook under the 2.71 feature. Enabling u to play games that says u need 2.8 to play.

I installed it worked great can it emulate the 3.03.OE-A or 3.03.OE-B?

u should update to 3.03 oe a not b from 1.5 because it will brick

oe-b is just an add-on but 3.03oe is whare its at for sure

if u have 1.5 u have to update to 3.03 oe-a then after that go to oe-b

Listen 3.03 oe is the same thing but 100x better including loading psx games, iso and csos loading without devhook and a recovery menu.

oe means open edition it will give you all the functions in newer firmware like fw3.03 as well as the homebrew abillitys of fw1.50 it is great i love it to death

and u dont need a ps3 to get ps1 games. Also if u do u must go to oe-a first then to oe-b or u will brick

yes but u must go to the recovery first then to conf. and activate the 1.5 kernal mode
